2.1.12. Target loudness

The target loudness parameter allows you to specify the loudness level that Loudness Leveler will attempt to maintain. The unit depends on the current loudness type (e.g. LUFS, dBFS, RMS).

The actual gain applied is filtered through your attack/release and tolerance mode settings, so the output may not match the target instantly.
